Grilled Skirt Steak and shrimp, 3 color peppers, and onions sautéed in Guajillo sauce. Served with warm tortillas.
Taco Cuernavaca
Your choice of grilled chicken or steak. Served with flour or corn tortillas. Add Skirt Steak.
Fish Tacos
3 Corona beer battered tacos served in corn tortilla with lettuce and red cabbage. Topped with a chipolte cream sauce. Add beans and rice.

Three tacos prepared the Mexico City way. Guajillo Chicken or Ranchero Beef, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, and anejo cheese. Served with your choice of flour or corn tortillas.
Steak Ala Howard
Skirt Steak grilled to perfection, topped with portabello mushrooms, Chihuahua cheese and tomatillo sauce. Served with Lizard potatoes and black beans.
Carne Asada
A juicy tender Skirt Steak grilled to perfection served with Lizard potatoes and black beans.

BBQ Chicken Breast
Marinated boneless chicken breast, smothered in Twisted Lizard BBQ sauce and sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. Served with Lizard potatoes.

Layered flour tortilla, filled with refried black beans, and your choice of chicken, Skirt Steak, vegetables or seafood. Topped with Chihuahua cheese Add seafood or Skirt Steak.
Burrito
A large, baked flour tortilla, filled with refried pinto beans and your choice of Guajillo chicken, grilled chicken, Ranchero beef, vegetables or seafood. Add seafood, or Skirt Steak. Topped with Chihuahua cheese and your choice of salsa.
Chimichanga
Crispy flour tortilla filled with vegetables and your choice of chicken breast, Skirt Steak or vegetables. Add Skirt Steak Topped with Chihuahua cheese and your choice of salsa.
Enchiladas
Three corn tortillas, filled with a choice of Guajillo chicken, grilled chicken, Ranchero beef, vegetables, cheese, seafood or Skirt Steak. Add seafood or Skirt Steak. Topped with Chihuahua cheese and your choice of salsa.
Flautas
Three crispy corn tortillas filled with your choice of chicken, beef or spicy potato. Topped with Anejo Cheese and your choice of salsa.
Tostadas
Two crispy corn tortillas topped with pinto beans, chopped lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, crumbled Anejo cheese and your choice of one of the following ingredients: Chorizo, Spiced potato, Cheese, Guajillo Chicken, Ranchero Beef, Vegetables, Nopalitos (cactus) or Skirt Steak.
